What we collect
- Account info — name, email, phone, role.
- Profile content — bio, photos, videos, sports, locations you share.
- Usage data — pages you view, sessions you book, messages you send.
- Payment info — handled by Stripe; we never store your card details.
How we use it
- Run the matching, messaging, and booking experiences you signed up for.
- Process payments and pay mentors out.
- Notify you about your activity (you can manage notifications in Settings).
- Improve the product and detect abuse.
Sharing
We share your data with mentors / mentees you actively connect with, with payment processors (Stripe), with cloud and analytics providers, and with law enforcement when legally required. We don't sell your data.
Your rights
You can edit your profile, delete your account, and request a copy of your data at any time by emailing privacy@joinpave.io.
