Pave is a marketplace connecting athletes with collegiate-level mentors. We facilitate communication and payment but are not a party to the mentorship advice itself.
2. Your account
You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. Don't share credentials and let us know immediately at support@joinpave.io if you suspect compromise.
3. Conduct
Don't use Pave to harass, threaten, or impersonate others. Don't post illegal content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards.
4. Payments & refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. Service-specific cancellation and refund policies are described at the point of purchase. Disputes go through Stripe's standard process.
